Cheese & Pickles with a Homemade Paleo Nut Loaf, Marsala Chai & Chocolate Bliss Balls.
For Marsala Chai, 2 black tea bags, 2 tsp freshly ground cardamom, 1/2 tsp each of cinnamon & fennel seeds, knob of fresh ginger, pinch of black pepper & clove, 2-3 heaped tsp coconut sugar. 2 1/2 cups of water, 1 cup of milk of your choice. Simmer till delicious.
